The teapotters are sending cards to Jeanne this week. Anita is hosting and she wanted to see bright colors, texture and dimension because Jeanne's eyesight is failing. I cut two of the flower heads from Bristol smooth and used my makeup brushes to apply melon mambo ink then turning one 180 degrees and used glue dots to adhere them together, popped up with mini dimensionals on the e.f. There is lots of sparkle on the flower head and birds, but camera doesn't show it. Also brushed some bermuda bay ink on the e.f. I got the idea for this card when I saw a design by Connie Collins (constantlystamping), just changed a few things.

Shirl, this is the perfect card for Jeanne! The brightly colored hydrangea bloom with those sweet sparkly birds will be easy for Jeanne to see. Additional texture with your wonderful brick embossing. Such a well thought out design for her!

Another beautiful card and I love the bright colors you chose. The bloom has so much texture and color, Jeanne is sure to adore it. And I adore those two sweet birds. So cute. Great card.
