Mary Engelbreit is the beloved artist of my beloved niece so every year I attempt a Mary-esque birthday card for her. I have long since overused the few Mary E. stamps I have so now I just go for the "feel" of her work. This year's card: black & white squares; frame; primary colors; whimsical flowers. I hope Beloved Niece thinks it looks Mary-worthy.
Straight forward card: stamp color; die cut, paste it all together with a bit of stickles.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope your day is as fanciful and colorful as a Mary E. drawing.

Wonderful eye-catching color combination. Love your rectangle framing in black against that b&w grid paper! Love the bubble letter overlapping and flower coloring!

Your straight forward card is excellent! Love colors, Stickles trim and black/white BG, perfect. That black frame is clever with die cut letters.
