Going out to Linda aka Hotwheels for Mothers Day. My mother has been gone for 15 years but, oh the memories we had. She was divorced from my dad and second husband so was just her, my 3 brothers and me. She did so many things to make up for not having father--went mushroom hunting, loved playing card games, Canfield Fair. One year she had all of us and her younger sister and brother in station wagon going to the fair and we were stopped by police , not sure at first why, then they said had been following us and looked like we were having fun as were singing and they said she was stopped for 3 reasons--Caution, Courtesy, and Common Sense which they called the 3 C's--got picture taken and an accomendation, loved flowers, exploring woods and the wonder in them, loved life and gave us all she could, my girls loved going to visit as they loved her homemade chicken soup, and so many more great memeories!
Card is pink as requested with black as second color. Is like fancy cut fold saw on Dawns Stamping Thoughts. Is one sheet base with scores and cuts and folds for pink, add black sections. Die cut 2 pink squares put on at angle, did white square added die cut tea cup and extra pieces, has place in back for writing message and put on a religious sentiment as well-----Happy Mothers Day to all of you

Nice fold, DonnaJeanne, and the cup is great. What a lovely write-up - your mother sounds like a wonderful person and obviously passed her zest for life on to you.

Great card and black is always super with pink. Wonderful fold and what a cute tea cup. I bet Linda will wish she had one just like it. As much as I enjoyed your card, I enjoyed your memories even more. What wonderful stories and memories you have and what great adventures she took you on. TFS both.
