A few weeks ago I watched a Vicki Boutin live and created circles of colour. I cut them up and added them back over another circle. I die cut that out and pop dotted it over the scored card panel. I added the inked Celebrate over that.

Wow! This is gorgeous! Such beautiful colors! I keep scrolling back up for another look! I am not sure I am going to make a year-end "Best of" list. I seem to get overwhelmed at the end of the year but I have a private Pinterest board and I add my Best of Year cards to it just in case. I pinned this!

Beautiful bright, clear colors in your multi-segmented circle, Karen. Makes for an impressive card with the top circle and "celebrate" in a vibrant, ombred pink.
