Postman arrived and I immediately went to my room to try out the new Distress Salvaged Patina color. Dipped and Dried both ink and oxide with Seedless Preserves oxide for the background. Die cut some burgundy scrap for the wine and added some seedless preserves oxide to the burgundy CS. Dotted with embossing pen and sprinkled on some rainbow EP for some shimmery specks not really visible in the picture. Die cut panel and added to white base. Added a wine washi tape in two strips for added fun and for Ways to Use It challenge.

That washi tape should be in MY craft room. You know how I love wine!! Great card, including the sentiment!
