Anita had kindly sent me some scratch papers for her TLC. This was actually the first piece I tried - gold underneath, which might be hard to tell in the photo. Sorry, DH is in a work meeting so I can't kick him out of my photo corner so the lighting isn't as good. And it's grey and just started to thunder anyway, so it wouldn't be good even in my normal corner.
I'd used a feather ef so I knew I would add birds. In the end I used some stamps DH bought me for my birthday. I stamped the border directly on the card base to make a frame. For the birds and sentiment, I gessoed a book page, then sponged distress inks on and stamped the birds and sentiment.
