It's the 28th of the month again, and Shelly is our hostess this month in the CYS (Challenge Your Stash) group. Each month we make a project from the items in our stash--no buying new stuff. Today is "Kiss Your Mate Day," and we are to make a project showing kissing, a couple in love, or love for a pet.
While not kissing, these pups are clearly in love with each other. I used today's challenge to make a new page for my art journal, using an old favorite stamp. I made a collage background, die cut a sun, did some random stamping and stenciling, and even grabbed a pine frond that was leftover on my desk from Christmas! Yikes!

This is great. Your pups are adorable and, yes, they clearly do love each other. I adore the bg/collage you crated for this. So many fun and interesting elements. Love the pine bough addition -- lucky find. Fun journal page. You will certainly enjoy revisiting this gem over and over.
This captures the eye. I have never done an art journal and this is inspirational. Love the background you created. Those pups are so cute! So fun that you had a piece from Christmas sitting there waiting and this is the perfect place. Thanks for sharing a wonderful piece of art!
