Normally I would head straight to the wreath stamping tutorial, but I was lucky enough to be gifted the Altenew set for my birthday this week, so it was the perfect opportunity to try it out. I've never used two-step stamping with dies before, and I didn't line up the small blue flowers quite right, but I had fun making this. The main layer was embossed with a 3D floral ef, and for extra mediums, I lightly chalked some of the flowers with Conte Carre in blue and yellow, and used an Inktense pencil for green spatter. The base of each foliage spray is stuck down, the tip is raised up on foam. I added two feathers embossed in white on vellum.

Gorgeous wreath! Love working with Altenew stamps.....Your wreath is in such wonderful colors, Sabrina! Outside today is a sunny day with no clouds so your wreath is perfect for here!
Hopefully, you have a sunny day in Dublin. Have a delightful weekend.
I’m inspired by your beautiful wreath! I agree with the comment below, its a happy card. It makes me want to jump up and make a wreath card right now. I just purchased a butterfly wreath die and I think I’m going to use it for this challenge!! Thanks for the beautiful card & the inspiration ... Stay tuned my card is coming soon!

Well, Happy Birthday a bit late. You made wonderful use of your gift! The embossing behind the wreath is really a lovely background. The wreath with flowers and leaves would be one I love IRL as well as on paper!

Beautiful card. That is a great wreath stamp and it looks fabulous. But it's your bg that I really adore. Love the embossed flowers with the chalked coloring and the rounded corners. It really makes your wreath stand-out. Beautiful card and an inspiring sentiment.
