As I was attempting this stencilling challenge I found out I don't read instructions well, ha, ha! Here is the tutorial for this technique; Faded Water Stenciling Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers I fussy cut the bottom of my panel around the inking. Added a heat embossed sentiment and a few black jewels. Thanks for a (to me) new technique!

I can read, read and read the instructions and still get it all wrong. You are in great company by the sounds of it. This is just so pretty and I love the way you fussy cut the bottom edge too.
