I watched the tutorial and started painting. I used a flat brush for the wings and a smaller one (flat turned sideways) for the middle section . I used the artist pen to make the antannae. I splattered on some paint and stamped a sentiment.
This card will be going to Vickie Y. I am a bit late for last week's tea party but I read she likes butterflies so I hope this will give her some cheer.

Loving your butterfly Brenda. It's both pretty and, for me at least, it just looks so happy. It makes me smile. I am sure Vickie will smile too when she gets this . Wonderful card.
