I used the left over papers from another child's birthday and tried to use the colors as closely as possible.
I made a little paper pinwheel (new die) to finish off the balloons.
I fussy cut the boy's head twice and attached a Wobble under it so his head could shake.
I put glossy accents on a few balloons, hair and shoes.
