This is my kind of technique. Thanks, Jean! I love quick, easy, effective techniques. And this one was really fun! I always say I don't color images ahead of time, but maybe I should. It's really nice to be able to just grab a pre-colored image and whip up a card. This dragon was on my desk from one day last month that my boys wanted to color with me. So I based my background on him. I thought this Craftin Desert Divas stencil was really good for this technique because one half is clouds and the other half is raindrops, so I like the flow of the different patterns and colors. I popped the dragon up on the background and then couldn't decide how to add glitter until I found a small piece of glitter cardstock for a glittery rain puddle.

If he isn't feeling well, he shouldn't be standing in a puddle!!!!! Oh I know, he isn't the sick person. I'm so glad you joined in with the TLC today, this card is darling and that stencil worked great. I love great background techniques.

Wonderful coloring on that croc, Jen! He’s definitely got the fun factor going. I like the stencil you used...actually quite a handy one, I’d say. We have a lot of that out here.

Delightful image and such happy colours. It's interesting seeing the stencils that people have chosen that I would never have considered - this one looks great.

Your dragon is a cutie standing under his umbrella! I have a very small stash of stencils and am envious of your perfect choice for this image! Great sentiment to go with too!
