For the Teapot Challenge, Polly challenged us to make an encouraging card for Vickie. I made a front flap card and included Vickie's favorite color, pink, as well as another favorite - a butterfly. I stamped the white flap panel with the Marbled background stamp using Powder Pink ink. Die cut the pierced blooms from white cardstock that I had sponged with purple and pink inks. Butterfly was stamped with Versamark and Gorgeous Grape inks and embossed with Silver Pearl powder before die cutting. Sentiment was stamped with Versamark and Mint Macaron inks and clear embossed before die cutting. Greenery was die cut from Mint Macaron cardstock.

I love, love this floral card! It is fantastic - the paper-pierced flowers go so well with the dp, and the butterfly completes this ensemble perfectly!

Gorgeous floral dp and your did an excellent job coordinating the die cut flowers. Love all the elements you created here. I agree with Sabrina, it's no wonder that butterfly flew in for a closer look. Fabulous card.
