I got to use some stamps I haven't used in ages for this one. I gold embossed the Hero Arts Geisha on gold stardream paper and used that for my focal point. The gold floral branch is on top of some pink Asian paper I've been saving. The "script" in the bg was stamped in pink, Vickie's favorite color. I decided to add some sparkle and applied bits of gold stickles on the bg and rubbed it around. That part looks better in real life than the photo. Come join us this week for Vickie's Teaparty!

What an awesome card, Polly, and the layout is fabulous! I think this is a great idea to lift Vickie's spirits. Headed for the stamp room to see where my mojo will lead me!

Polly this card is so pretty. I just love those Asian papers. When my DD lived in the city, we used to go to the Japanese Paper Store. The beauty of the papers always blew me away and I bought much more than I needed. I should dig them out, but I can guarantee they are not pink.

Very pretty card - the Geisha looks lovely embossed in gold, and that Golden floral branch over the pink designer paper is so pleasing!
p.s. your photo backdrops are always so amazing!
