Thank you, LeeAnn for choosing neutrals for the basic colors and letting us add our favorite color for dessert. I do love working with neutrals and I never get tired of Granny Apple Green.
I love the way the white and the green pop against the subdued background. I first stamped some texture images on the Gray layer and then sponged around the edges. Next I ran the piece through the Big Shot in my Tasteful Textiles EF. The rest was just adding the various elements to finish the card. Lastly I decided to pop on the small dragonfly for a little extra pizzazz.

What a lovely, dramatic and textured background for your beautiful hydrangea. I love how you've used embossing, dies and stamping to create such a beautiful setting.

Penni, your hydrangea is beautiful, all the dimension makes it look real! Stamping your background prior to embossing provided even more dimension, super idea! I'm excited to have you join us as a guest designer this month! 'All' your cards are so inspirational!
