It's Teapot Tickle time and Denise is our hostess this month. She has challenged us to make a card based on today's holiday which is "Grass Is Always Browner on the Other Side of the Fence Day". The grass is quite literally browner on the other side of the fence here. My neighbor stopped caring for his lawn a couple years ago and it is not pretty. Figuratively, I'm very fortunate to have a lot of green on my side of the fence. But right now, the freshest, greenest thing in my life is my newly remodeled kitchen. We just started using it on Saturday. I really wanted to share my before and after photos with you all, so I've written a blog post about it: The Stamping Actuary

Your kitchen card is beautiful and so is your new kitchen. The blue is so pretty, and shocking that you have "orange" walls. I would be very happy to have a new kitchen.

You new kitchen is fabulous and I am sure you will enjoy it for a very long time. Your card looks just like your new one -- you even got that spot of orange colored in over the window. LOL. Fabulous job on both. Congrats and enjoy.

Congrats on your new kitchen, Jen! It was definitely worth the wait and living in a shell of a house for awhile. That sentiment makes me laugh out loud and is the "kinder, gentler" version of my mother's "Shut up and eat it" from more than 70 years ago - lol

What a great card and sentiment. And your newly renovated kitchen is a dream. We spent 6 years renovating our entire house and lived in the lower level for a year while the main floor was being done. Fortunately there was a kitchenette there so it was doable. Enjoy the dreamy kitchen. You deserve it.

Brilliant sentiment, I must quote that one to DH. Your new kitchen looks fabulous and so does your card. I wish you much happy cooking and only good opinions.

Very cool kitchen card and sentiment! And your new kitchen looks like a great place to cook and hang out in. Love the blue tiled backsplash!!! (Blue rules.)
