I enjoyed the card that I made for Sunday's FS that I decided to continue that process for today's challenges and also for Melody's diagonal VSN.
I did use black and white for the tea party but I used three 'pop' colors instead of just one, I wanted to include the color challenge. Isn't pineapple punch retired? I used daffodil delight for the yellow. I stenciled two of the colors (there are your dots, Jeanne), sponged the Return of the King book pages, tore them into strips and put them on the diagonal. Stamped the foliage and flowers in black and added a positive sentiment in two colors. This will go to Carol, a very strong lady. I have been sending cards to her and Dee all along and they both are very appreciative.

nice work for all 3 challenges - pineapple punch is a retired color by Stampin'-Up but our team continues to use retired colors for 3 years and then we drop them.
