My song for the teapot challenge is "Listen to the Mockingbird".
I was inspired by this card: Impossibly musical by stampingwriter at Splitcoaststampers by Sandy the stampingwriter. I kept the Impossible Card technique, the bird theme, the songspirations and made an anniversary card with this pair of lovebirds. Changed the colors, the sentiment, and added some die cut leaves.
This bird ballad paper always inspires me to fussy-cut the images. I guess I can't bear to slice through the little bird bodies.
The thing that bothers me about the Impossible card design is the little odd ends sticking out from the stabilizer pieces. I tried to camouflage the ends of the stabilizer with fussy-cut flowers and die cut leaves. Sentiment is on the back and place for signature is on the bottom/back.
Doodled around the edge of the punch to match the sketchy scratchy style of the branches in the DSP.

Oh, this is lovely. Love the dimension on your fussy-cut birds and how you used a shaped piece rather than just a rectangle on the sentiment bridge. Thanks for CASEing me.
