This was a fun one! I have had this On the Spot BG forever. It looked like the answer to circles. I actually stamped it on my paper in Soft Sky very lightly just to see where the circles were. then I watercolored the circles, spritzed and let them drip. I used a PhotoPlay set for the small words sentiments after stamping the BG again with black and letting it bleed a bit. I really like this, will use it again.
