This is my sample for CC835. I am your hostess this week and I chose purple posy, night of navy and coastal cabana for my color trio. Dessert option this week is designer paper.
For my card I started off stenciling a brick background - soft suede ink(neutral) on crumb cake paper(neutral) . The bunny window scene is cut in the challenge colors . I used designer paper on the bunny outfits and the wallpaper (it's a bit light in this photo).
I cut grass in mossy meadow (neutral) and added some Easter eggs and tulips. My bunny kisses phrase is cut in coastal cabana and shaded with the same color ink.
The card base is 4 1/2" x 5 3/4". I didn't have cardstock that size so I used a hinge technique to make it larger. Instructions for the technique are here.
Hope you can play along this week. I will be excited to see all your lovely creations in the gallery.

Awww... I wonder if that's a Grammy or a Momma bunny? I'm leaning towards a Grammy, wink, wink! This is such a cute scene with the baby bunny jumping with excitement over that yummy pie! Wonderful job Mary! Love the colors this week too!

Mary, your colors this week are perfect for an Easter card! What a darling scene you've created with Mama bunny and her little one, celebrating a yummy pie. I love all the details in the scene, from the cute outfits to the flowers and Easter eggs, to the brick background!

Mary, you are the Queen of die-cut scenes!! I squealed when I saw this little bunny hanging onto the tiny pie. AND, you get to seek her by peeking into the open window. Fabulous!! The other little bunny is so excited to see that Momma Bunny has made him a pie. Just the best, happy scene.
