Linda (Holstein) was our host for this challenge! THANK YOU, LINDA! I LOVED the challenge, even though, I didn't accomplish "whimsical" roses! LOL I practiced first, & didn't care for them, so I went larger & didn't like it either. So, I just kept working it & ended up with what I have here!
HOPE YOU LIKE!
Continued Supplies List:
Polychromos Pencils, Cartwrights Sequins-Moonshine, Pipette- (If you've read this far, you will find a tip here! I use a Pipette to wet my paint & that way I don't loose paint going back & forth.... I just make sure my water is clean so as not to contaminate the colors.)

Becky, I'm so glad you tried the whimsical roses. We all have our unique style. It's fun to do something different occasionally. Your creation is gorgeous with the more realistic style. Not only the rose and buds, but the leaves and eucalyptus are amazing. Beautiful foiling on this card . You put a lot of effort into this creation, and it shows. Lovely card. TFS

You get an A+ for perseverance!.....and a lovely card. You did a great job of creating your own rose...and lovely accompanying foliage. Like the gold framing and how you placed it.

Very striking and beautiful card! Your watercoloring is impressive! Those gorgeous roses look great against the dreamy blue bg and I like the added white spatter. And the gold framing is a great accent.

I see you have been busy! What beautiful roses! They look so real to me. I love how you foiled the frame. It is like the finishing touch to a perfect sketch. I wish you lived next door - oh, what fun we would have! Happy St. Patrick's Day!
