To make the barn wood, I scored a 4" x 5.25 piece of paper every 1". Sponged cranberry then swiped distress vintage photo directly to paper in downward motions. I made a blue barn wood version a few days ago. I like the red almost as much.

Wow, Rebecca.....This card just really caught my eye while looking at your gallery. Nicely done!!! Love that red barn board look that you created and love the white daisies on top of it. Beautiful color combinations!!!
Thank you so much for your nice comment on my Christmas card. I am so hoping that card makers start making cards again. I have never seen the SCS gallery so lacking for cards. I am guilty of that too. Let's just hope that 2022 is a better year for all of us. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.
