I wanted to try the Embossed Vellum tutorial found here: Embossed Vellum Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers I wanted to try it with the Leafy Vines background which actually isn't the best choice for this technique. Even so, I followed the steps in the tutorial heat embossing the vellum. I then colored bits and pieces with the Prismacolor pencils. I then turned it over to emboss the colored areas with the stylus.
I put this piece over some vintage newsprint hiding the adhesive behind the white embossing. I adhered this to a Blushing Bride card base.
I heat embossed the sentiment on Garden Green cs and punched it out with the Word Window punch. The sentiment is popped up with dimensionals.
Thank you for looking!

FAbulous look with the white embossing on vellum for this sympathy card! I have a few to make, and I may borrow your idea...it is giving me inspiration!
