Angie is hosting a flower challenge, so the gallery will be full as most of us like flowers. I loved Vicky Papaioannou's card over on Simon Says Stamp site from Mar. 4/21 and wanted to case it. (Link was way too long to post.)
Sentiment is cut from 110lb. c.s. x2. I sponged c.s. in old paper and victorian velvet and glued together. This was fun to try and not really too hard to do.
~thanks for looking!

Shirl, you are one brave lady to try this technique, and you nailed it!!! The little rolled edge peekaboo areas on the edges are made even more interesting by the neat pieces you hand clipped to show in the openings. I saw the original card on SSS and yours is every bit as impressive! Nicely done.!...popping into my Favs for an inspiration piece.
Oh! This is so much fun! I really love torn paper on cards, I think it's such a fun design element! Your DP is gorgeous and I am a fan of pink! Beautiful card.

Shirl, this is lovely and so unique! What gorgeous designer paper! I've always loved Victorian Velvet ink and need to get it out and use it more often!
