What a great design idea for Louise's card .... this textured medallion with all those gorgeous colors plus that bright textured background! She will truly enjoy this .... thank you for sending her this lovely birthday greeting!

Wow, that's a lot of cutting but so effective with the bright bold colors you chose. And your won me over with your dotted swiss bg -- I love dotted bgs. This card is a happy rainbow of colors that I bet Louise will adore.

Oh, phew, I'm glad to read you used a mechanical cutter. I was imagning having to fussy-cut at least some of the layers to get such fine matting. Fantastic work.
