A sheet of background technique from my collection was used- and is on a shimmery cardstock. I used this image from my pile of already stamped images and colored using Copics. I did google Morning Glories, and red ones are rare but do exist : ) I cannot wait for Spring- and the return of the Hummingbirds!!!

Your morning glories and hummingbird are beautifully colored and arranged, and they look even prettier against that vibrant background and black frame - makes them pop!!

I love your ruby-throated hummingbird and those red Morning Glories (didn't know that they come in red, learned something new), Shelly! This is beautifully colored, and became even more striking when you matted it in black!
** I am in Southern California so the hummingbirds are in our backyard all year through - they are the terror of all the birds in our yard, LOL! They may be the smallest, but when they go zooming around with that long stiletto-like beak, the other birds stay away.
