It's been 39 Watercolor Wednesday challenges and I still can't watercolor stamps. We had a video about drawing our own daffodils, but I have this brand new daffodil stamp! So I stamped it in Versafine and watercolored it with my Spectrum Aqua markers. It's kind of a muddled mess. I'm still using that tip that I learned in one of the first WCW challenges about mixing all the colors together for the ground.

Beautiful daffodil image, Jen. And, I like how the blue background makes it pop. I'm glad to see you using tips from earlier WCW challenges, too. We are learning very useful things as we watch these videos. So happy you joined again this week. I always look forward to seeing what you create.

Glad you join us on Wednesdays...your new stamp is terrific with it's whimsical look. Your watercoloring with the markers looks great. We show you the videos for all to get ideas how to watercolor with different techniques. Nice to see you used the technique from earlier challenges. If you have any suggestions for something you would like to see, just let us know. Lovely cas card with the watercoloring, Jen. TFS

Not muddled at all my friend - That is a nice progression of colors in the leaves and stems and a nice blend in the flower too. (Personally, I found yellow a really hard color to work with with a super fine line between too much shadow and not enough . . .)

Beautiful Easter bloom, Jen! I like how you mixed yellow in with the green for your leaves, so pretty this way. Your coloring is always fun to look at.
