Karen gave us delicious colors to work with! I used look-alikes of Flirty Flamingo and Mango Melody to watercolor the floral die-cuts, cut each petal apart and stuck three petals back together - it sounds crazy describing the process this way, but that's exactly what I did! I even managed to get dessert done (since I don't have a stitched die, I had to get creative ;)). This card was hand-delivered to a dear friend who's taking care of a Covid long-hauler husband and two small kids this morning (with all the necessary precautions - contactless, socially distanced - but with plenty of laughter and some good-natured teasing) and a birthday cake! Thank you for the challenge, Karen!

You are a very gifted card maker. Love all of your elements, and really impressed with the stitching. Great job on the sweet peas and how you watercolored them. TFS

OMGOODNESS!!! I LOVE your creativity!!! I used to actually stitch on cards ..and then used a sewing machine, and now ...stitched dies! The beauty of your creativity is outstanding!! And thank you for the kind comment on my card. The background stamp...the subject on it...is literally worth of the saying “ to die for” 🥰. This card is fabulous ❣️

This is so lovely..... I love the way you watercolored the blossoms, cut apart and reassembled. The trouble was so worth it!! I hope it brought a smile to your sweet friend.
