Hello, I made this for a friend's birthday and I am in the vintage frame of mind. : ) as we get to 'vintage ages'.
I printed some pages on pc, where i just put on dotted lines, for use in journals, and used the leftover piece (vertical).
vertically layered stash strips of paper onto the Vintage Burlap stamped page, added the dotted line paper, Sponged the bbsugar.
I took the Prima Everyday Vintage paintables paper that i have had in stash for several years - USEIT2021, as i attempt to use up some product from very cluttered drawers.
I colored one, with the tulips, and tore up another for the word HAPPY. layered it on top.
sponged T Holtz Walnut stain around the edges of Happy strip and the tulip piece.
wrapped the S U Linen thread and just put a drop of tombow glue and held it all down at the crossover, so i didn't have to tie a bow.
hope you enjoy and have a great day!
Teresa

Teresa, this popped out immediately and I just love it! Love the pop of the red tulip with all the browns and creams. Oh, yes and I spy a piece of black and white that is unexpected and works wonderfully. Faved!
