Used speckled card stock and stamped a page background stamp from JustRite stamps on the card stock and used various stencils and inks for the bag front. Spritzed clear Shimmer Mist on this for sparkle. Used the Bow It All for the bows, LOVE is a die from Waffle Flower. Heart is covered with various washi tapes and die cut that out. Used multi heart punch for the shiny hearts scattered on bag front. Added my first dangle to the top of the bag before giving it to my friend.
