Yay, hotwheels, Linda, is the Featured Stamper this week. Great choice, Ardyth! She has been such a faithful member and a great supporter of MMTPT for years. I love her fun and very collaborative style.
You are probably thinking I have lost my mind as may card doesn't remotely resemble Linda, 's pretty card.....but my original vision was to have a circle with this fun shamrock inside and some blooms falling around.
After I stamped it, I didn't want to color it so I decided to dip it in some ink/spray/smash colors.
The look was a bit off, so I decided to just cut out the large shamrock and pop it up . I then used the background for the card layers. The little pile of blooms on the bottom is a bit odd, but after I attached them, there was no going back without a major redo...lol!
Thanks for the inspiration, Linda! Thanks for all you do and for your giant heart!

Things don't always turn out the way we envision but often turn out better than planned! Love all those shamrocks making up that bigger one - (I can't believe you fussy cut all those edges!) Wonderful smooshed/inked background layers!

that must have taken forever to cut out all those leaf edges. and at first glance because of all the rounded edges on them it does give it that lacy look I love the colors and the greeting too Nancy.
Your description made me smile. That happens to me too! I have in my head where I want to take the inspiration and the next thing I know it's not recognizable. However, I can see how you were inspired! Your card is stunning! I am so drawn to your inky splatters in the background. Your fussy cutting is amazing!
