I made these little Hand Warmers for a few of my Valentines. Walking Dogs, playing in the snow, walking to class, are all times when we might need a little warmth in our pockets! So, I created Hand Warmers: Cut 2 of the material chosen into 3 1/2" squares, right sides together, Sew up 3 sides leaving one side open to fill with rice. Turn right side out, fill with 1/4 c. rice (You can use other things as coffee beans, oatmeal, dried lentils, You can add essential oils as well.) Hand stitch or stitch on the machine closed. To use: Microwave Hand Warmers 25-30 sec's in a clean microwave & then pop in your pocket & head outside! Spot clean only! Of course, I had to add little tags to these & put the washing instructions & use instructions on the back! HOPE YOU LIKE! AND HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!
Continued Supplies List:
Hot Glue Gun, Felt, Embroidery Thread, Needle, Scissors, Flannel Material, 1/4 c. Rice, Sewing Machine, Thread, Ribbon.

These are so cute and a very thought gift! I could use these just sitting in my chair as it is so cold! We are getting more ice and snow this week. UGH!! I'm sure the recipients will appreciate the time and effort you put into these hand warmers! Love the material you used and the little heart on the front!
