I made this card for the Turner Syndrome Awareness 3rd Annual Blog Hop and Challenge, https://myturnersyndromejourney.blogspot.com/
Turner Syndrome was first described in 1938 by Dr. Henry Turner, who was an endocrinologist from Oklahoma City.
To make the card, I ink blended a background with a section of the card front masked off. I spritzed the ink with some water to add some color variation. After it dried, I attached the die cut with liquid glue, and stamped the sentiment.
