I'm usually a "one and done" girl on these watercolor challenges but I really struggled today - the hardest part for me being the skinny stems on champagne flutes . . . . on the first 2 tries, they started out skinny when I sketched but as I added some paint, they would end up like elephant legs - lol - not an attractive look on crystal stemware. These were not my best bubbles but overall the best finished painting and I think my son and Daughter-in-law will be really happy with it.

Your painting turned out beautifully and made a wonderful card for your son and daughter-in-law. Really love your splash....so realistic. Had to smile about the elephant legs. My stems could be thinner...next time. Thanks for joining us this week.

Hey, WCW Neighbor! This attempt at glasses came out so perfect that I find it hard to believe that the first two were fails. This came out fantastic and again you've chosen the perfect sentiment. You make me want to get my Congratulations stamps out. That splash is so fun, it really gives an exuberance to the celebration on this card!

I think you did a fabulous job with the glasses. I tried to do mine again but it just got worse and worse. It is always great to see you join the WCW each week and you are getting to be an expert.

This is really fabulous! Your oval glasses are amazing. For some reason on both of my attempts, I have a wonky shape on my right glass. There must be something wonky in my brain to do it TWICE! Your bubbles and splash are beautiful and so are your stems! A stunning card!
