Jeanne is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week. Harking back to the days when my kids were small and watched Sesame Street every day, I have to say this week's challenge is brought to you by the letter "B"! Jeanne has chosen Bermuda Bay, Bumblebee, and Blueberry Bushel. The dessert option is to add another ink color that begins with the letter "B"! What fun! Always up for dessert, I added Barn Door Distress Ink.
And any time I'm working with four colors, my thoughts turn to Turnabout stamps. They are such fun to use and make such versatile cards! Continuing my crusade to send cards to all my friends, near and far, whom I miss so much, this card will go out soon!
It's pretty self-explanatory: I stamped the design four times, rotating the white panel in my MISTI and cleaning off the stamp before reinking it with a new color. I white embossed the greeting on a scrap of Bermuda Bay cardstock, then die cut to give it a pretty, scalloped edge. Added a little bow and some enamel dots, and it was done!
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

Such a fun card Barbara! The colors work perfectly with your turnabout stamp. (And I love your Sesame Street reference - my challenge does seem to be brought to us by the letter B today!)

I love the cards you make with the turnabout stamps and this one is a great way to say hello to a friend. After seeing your card - the lightbulb went off about the dessert option. I should have texted you today (lol)!!! I was thinking another blue color and barn door distress would have worked great for my stenciling
