Jeanne has a really delightful color combination this week: Bumble Bee + Bermuda Bay + Blueberry Bushel with another color that starts with "B" for dessert. This certainly isn't very creative of me but I used Basic White. That's is probably like having ice water for dessert...
The thing I love most about this chicken is that its silly head of feathers looks like it simply must be an unlikely color - so why not Blueberry Bushel. Since the exact colors weren't in my watercolor pencil set I deepened Pacific Point with Night of Navy and made Daffodil Delight darker with Cajun Craze.
This is really a fun, bright color combination. I hope you can join us!

This is so fun! Those chickens just beg to be colored in bright, wild colors! I love the vignette layout with the banners in the corner. As far as dessert - Basic White works.

Your chick's 'hair feathers' are a crack up! She's right in style with the times! Very cute design! These were some fun colors for taking advantage of being a little on the wild side! Teehee!

Oh, Chris, that funky chicken with the blue feathers is just so funny! I love the streamers at the top; they give a real party feel to the scene. Just an adorable birthday card!

I always like your style, Chris. Just the right touch to make the design pop. For example, that little blush of blue behind the fence. It's a great card.

Super cute!!! I luv the fancy hen in the challenge colors and the celebratory banners. In real life, these fancy hens do come in a lot of colors. Adorable card, sure to make the recipient smile!
