Done as a thank you gift for the owner of a local winery/vinyard. Also gave her a stamped candle to match.
Directions: Stamped on mulberry paper (next time would emboss). Thinned modpodge, mixed in some PearlEx, then brushed it onto back of plate. Pressed on mulberry paper, then brushed on more modgepodge. Let dry, then edged plate with Copper Krylon pen.

Beautful plate is it easier then the tissue paper?? I have tried it and after I Embossed the entire thing and got ready to adhere it with decoupauge it tore!! UGH

Your plate is gorgeous! I'm afraid I can't really see any of the stamped design but the overall effect is very stylish and elegant. I have had my friends (and me, too) saving wine corks to line the bottom of a tray. I wonder if I could cover the wood like this before I glue the corks on the bottom?? Great idea!
