I had pulled out this stamp a couple of weeks ago when I was picking something else from my "miscellaneous" box. Valentine's isn't really a big thing here, but I have a couple of US friends I usually send a non-Valentine's card to about this time of year, and this is one of them. Last time I walked over to the shopping centre here the daffodils were budding (and the crocuses were full out) - I'm thinking that if I walk over tomorrow they might be right out. We don't have chipmunks here either - sniff. OK, I know they are pests, but they are so darn cute! I fell in love when I saw some in a pet shop in Paris once.
Image stamped and coloured with pencils, sponged while still in the die. Working on using up some DP, so I pulled out an old pad and used that - the edges are sponged with green and brown, then stitched. Added the flowers, which have been stamped for years and just needed cutting out, and a little sentiment tag.

This is adorable and I love your "old" dp as well as the flower embellishment. Chipmunks are cute and, yes, they are definitely pests but I completely understand your infatuation. I use to love the Chip and Dales cartoon -- well actually I still love them, I just don't get to watch them anymore. Fun card for non-Valentine's Day.
