Gayle has a great gallery and I chose her Valentine Splash card to make a couple of small valentines for the grandkids. I just got the Poppystamps whittle dies and fell in love with them. I decided to make the cards a little smaller because of the size of the dies. The BG was stenciled, rather than embossed and I added the cloud border at the top, for the falling hearts. The frames were cut from kraft, the animals from white and I sponged on gray for the mouse and browns for the hedgehog. They were attached and the sentiments added. I've got another order coming for more of the Whittle dies, to make cards to drop in the mail, even after Valentine's Day. I think the kiddos will like them. Here's Gayle's cute card.
