This card is for the Challenge Your Stash January card, where it needs hearts and flowers for a friendship card. I received a Spellbinders Flower Pot die cut from a friend. I used patterned paper to give it life with a flower pattern from The Stamps of Life, and the bottom portion from Gina K Designs. The fence and clouds were cut with Hobby Lobby patterned paper. I had a slimline card base laying there and kept laying the flower pot on top of it, but something was missing. I finally decided it needed a blue sky, so I pulled out Sky Blue paper from SU, die cutting with a Gina Marie die. That looked better but something was still missing, so I added clouds, then they needed the stitching that the rest of the sky had. I added the fence to help ground the flower pot. I found ribbon in our stash. I added the hello for a greeting and felt the card was complete. I really love the flower pots and still have several. I will keep creating with them.
