Went for a slightly different Northern Lights look with this one with streaks from the top and the horizon with some light areas in between. Never having seen the lights for real I just used my imagination.

Ooh, I love how you made your Northern Lights on this one, Janine. They look so real and love the tree/snow scene, also. Two great cards you made for the challenge.

Oh, I like this one too! Your colors are gorgeous and the sky looks like it's pulsing. Steve being from the north has seen the lights and he says they shimmer across the sky but I have never seen them!

Lovely card with the northern lights bursting with color. Like the way you have done the movement on them. Cool shadows. Glad to see this beauty in the gallery . TFS

Oh I love your imagined lights! That is all I'm doing as well. The streaks of brighter color with the lighter area is very probably a way they could look. It is wonderful with your stamp and the shadows in your snow!
