The shimmer is hard to see, but it's the background, and it comes with a story. A few years ago, I mistakenly put a sheet of designed paper upside down through my Xyron. Not wanting to waste an entire sheet of it, the only way I could think of to save it was to cover it with clear EP and heat set it, shich endedup giving it a lovely shimmer.
I stamped the greeting in dye ink on vellum and immediately used clear EP on that as well, before it dried, and heat set it. I die cut the snowflakes and the greeting, arranged them on the layers of card and background, and applied Crystal Stickles for sparkle.

Way to think outside the box Andrea. Paper crafters always seem to be able to improvise and fix mistakes. I bet this is stunning IRL with all the shimmer and shine. It's good to see you still use stickles. I use them all the time, but I don't see others use them so much.
