Today's WT is to snip & cut. Well I like to fussy cut, so I left the die in the package & fussy cut Finn. I embossed a sea of hearts for the background, then punched some & glued them on. I colored Finn with StampinBlends Granny Apple & Daffodil. I gave him a Balmy Blue eye! Finn is popped up. I also fussy cut the inside saying - Valentine & You're O-FISH-ALLY Awesome! This will go to one of my great-nephews along with his Christmas gift card. As my niece said they really won't care!!
This was really fun to do.
