I was zinging right along as I glued random sized paper strips to my acetate sheet being careful to leave a bit of space between each strip. Die cut my oval then quickly realized that I really don't have any LITTLE things I could die cut out of my piece like in the video. I finally settled on this floral rope and prayed it wouldn't be too difficult to attach my floating element since this (as with all my other options) would cut through at least one edge of the floating element. It did take a LOT of tiny pieces of tape on lots of really weird shaped edges but in the end I think it came together pretty good. Die cut a second floral rope in black and dress both the flowers with white nuvo drops and added some clear Dew Drops to the colored strips. Now my oval is looking more like an Easter egg though I kept the sentiment a generic "happy day" and will decide on a final use later.

That egg is amazing! So pretty and so well done! Cool idea - I so need to try it. Pretty card, Linda, with sweet words and colors. Hugz

I was wondering why I was thinking Easter when it's an oval, but maybe I subliminally registered the egg. I like your double use of the rope die-cut, nice design.
