First I put 3 colors of blue dioxide inks on a gel press. Then I rolled my brayer over that and then rolled the brayer over white cardstock. I then put a stencil overe the paper and ran the brayer over the same paper again. Then I place the stencil with the left over ink face down on the same cardstock piece to create this background. The rest should be self explanatory I hope.
