It seems like the technical difficulties go from bad to worse. Very aggravating, I'm sure. But what is one to do????
I say 'CREATE.' After all, art = hope. Those are my words for 2021.
I had a lot of fun doing this and I think it turned out all right. Used two purples, Payne's gray for the background and some green mixed with Payne's gray for the leaves.

Loving the purple and gray together....very nice combo. Good job with the challenge and I think this one was so fun. I like your splatters. For sure, we will be glad when all the bugs are ironed out on the site. Thanks for playing with us today.

Jean, This is Beautiful!!! Don't be so hard on yourself.
In fact, look up xray flower images, there's one so very close to this one there. https://www.fulcrumgallery.com/c27279/x-ray-flower-art.htm
you may have to copy and paste the link or just google xray flower images. But you will see what I mean. I love what you have done!

The grey bg is really lovely with your purple flowers. I like the color you got for your leaves too. It makes me think of the Desert sage we have here which usually has a soft silvery leaf with a pale green undertone much like you got here - except just before our rare rains when it does get more green.

I think this is beautiful! I love your color combo. I am totally a gray kind of girl! This is soft and beautiful! I have a feeling that we are going to come to SCS one day soon and all the glitches will be gone and it will all be worth the wait! That's exactly my thoughts. Let's paint no matter what! IT is working as hard as they can for us so in the meantime, we will paint!

As everyone, I love this! I love the light wispy feel to your flowers! The colors are wonderful together as well! These are fun to do and if we just keep at it we will be able to make this water and paint do just what we want it to! I'm thinking positive!

All I can say is WOW!!! What artistic talent you have to create these abstract, gorgeous purple flowers!!! I love the grey background. Your work is stunningly beautiful!!! I like seeing what I think is the granulation in the background, it really makes your flowers just pop. I could never do this and I am in awe of anyone who can.
