Used a die to cut the center of the card. I started with a 12x5.5 piece of CS and cut one edge of it with the die. Then I measured a 2-1/8" from the center of the die cut curve. Then measured the 4-1/4" card back, scored both of these lines and then placed the die so that the edges would come together in the center. Then cut pieces of DP with the same die and just moved them back a bit from the white die cut edge so I would have a border. The belly band has a layer of white and the DP plus a border of red scalloped hearts I glued on. I cut some hearts from the DP and stacked them randomly on the Red punched heart for the main piece. I punched three of those hearts and glued them together for a little more thickness before adding the DP hearts.

The stitched white border reminds me of seam binding edging. So sweet that we are on to Valentine's-something nice to look forward to. Thanks for taking the double dare!
