A secret message card for my grandson. I chanced upon a you tube video demonstrating this technique. It is really quite easy and kids love it. Make a gate fold card that is also scored in the
middle. Make several cuts (i made 2) evenly spaced across the card horizontally from the first score mark to the third. Then cut a piece of card stock in a complementary colour that is 5 1/2 by 4 1/4. Cut it halfway lengthwise and trim about 1/16 inch off each piece lengthwise. Weave each piece through the spaces, side by side. Decorate each rectangle.
