When I made yesterday's F4A card, I had stamped and die cut the flowers twice and thrown one of them aside for later use. I noticed how it landed on the negative die cut and thought it would look cool with a background color peeping through. Grabbed a smooshed bg from my stash (I think it is Squeezed Lemonade and Spiced Marmalade, but I'm not positive); recut the negative space onto textured Bazzill for a little more interest; trimmed it down so the bg would show on the sides; added a touch of color to the blooms; glued everything in place and added some stickles to the flower centers. The sentiment is popped up on foam.
I am hoping that using "love" on the card will substitute for a heart and that it meets the spirit of the challenge. Thanks for stopping by. Hope you day is filled with love and flowers too. TFL.

You are so clever! Love how you used the negative space. BG piece is beautifully smooshed in whatever the colors! Love is perfect in place of a heart.

This is so cool! Good eye , rescuing this negative from the trash. I also love your smooshed squeezed lemonade background.
Congratulations on being this week’s Featured Stamper!
This is beautiful! I love the negative shadowing of your die-cuts! The background is lovely. Yes, love is love, I will take that for a heart! At SCS we always say that a card for a challenge is never wrong!
