Hey, that wasn't too bad for a fancy fold! I quite enjoyed it. This is for my cousin's daughter who turns ten soon. Her favorite colors are pink and mint. I wanted to use one of my newest stamp sets. I picked up this Penny Black set on my last trip to my little stamp shop in RI before they closed on 12/31. I stamped the hedgehog at cake and drew in the tablecloth to cut that whole piece with my ScanNCut. Then I stamped the bear and cut him with my ScanNCut. The bear has a hedgehog sitting on his shoulder, but I avoided stamping that hedgehog and just reconnected his shoulder. I stamped the sentiment and drew in a drapey banner around it. After I built my card, I filled in the top with some stitched banner dies. Thanks for a fun challenge, Jean!

It is fun, isn't it? You and I are the same on folds but I'm learning to let go a bit on that and I'm glad you are too. Julia will love this. I too was thinking it would be a fun shape for my granddaughter's birthday in March.

Adorable and fun through and through! Love the mix of patterns and colors and the little tongue sticking out of the hedgie really adds to the birthday excitement.
